Pricing policy has always been ‘what you see is what you get’ with no hidden upsells. Unlike our competition, we’ll never do price hikes on renewals. We want our pricing policy to be fair, clear and understandable to every customer. Each of our customers is our friend and we want the best for them and participate together in their success.

The pricing ethos that we follow

1. Prices for services do not have hidden payments that are charged to the client's balance. We always try to present prices for our services in a clear and understandable way for everyone. We understand that deciphering complex pricing structures can be frustrating. That's why we've made it our mission to communicate our pricing in a clear and concise manner. No hidden fees, no convoluted terms—just straightforward information to empower our customers to make informed decisions.

2. Prices for renewals of services and products do not increase and have no additional hidden fees. The price for which you bought the product remains the same for each renewal. Price changes apply only to new purchases after the price list change, about which we will inform all our customers. Our pricing is not a labyrinth of hidden costs waiting to surprise you. From the outset, we provide a clear breakdown of what you can expect. We believe in being upfront about our costs, ensuring that you know exactly what you're paying for and why.

3. Each customer has the right to return money for the purchased service or product and renewal. The refund period is 30 days from the purchase of the service or product and renewal. Refunds are made without conditions and without further questions.

4. We are able to negotiate prices with our customers. We try to understand that the budget may be lower and the client really wants to use our services. We understand this and want to help you and thank you for your trust that you want to choose our services and not the competition. Talk to us frankly, explain your situation and we will certainly help you, we are human too.

5. We are committed to long-term and good cooperation with our clients, therefore in gratitude, we can offer also increase the resources available to the client at no additional cost. For example, increase the package for QUIC.cloud CDN, more disk space and much more. In this way we would like to thank customers who have trusted us, want to stay with us for a long time and use our services.

6. We cannot promise that prices for our services will not increase. In such a rapidly changing environment as "cloud hosting", we must adapt to current trends and use the best tools and services to maintain the highest standards. Price changes will only apply to new products and services purchased after the price list change. Customers before the price list change will not be charged additional costs.

7. Website migration and speed optimization services will always be offered for free and without limit for each client.
