• Transition from Docker to Native Linux Services

Our previous hosting platform relied heavily on Docker, which, while effective, began to impose certain limitations on our operations. To overcome these challenges, we undertook a comprehensive rewrite of our entire system, transitioning from Docker to native Linux services. This shift has allowed us to enhance both security and performance significantly.

• Development in Rust

In our commitment to providing a robust and secure environment, we developed our services from the ground up using Rust. This modern programming language is known for its performance and safety features, which have contributed to a more reliable service for our users.

• Optimized resource consumption

One of the notable benefits of moving away from Docker is the reduction in RAM consumption on our servers. We have achieved a remarkable decrease of up to 20%, allowing us to allocate resources more efficiently and improve overall system responsiveness.

• Direct system operations

By eliminating the additional load that Docker imposed, our services now run directly on the system. This change has resulted in a more streamlined operation, enhancing the speed and reliability of our services.

• Performance gains

We are excited to share that, according to the popular WordPress benchmark tool, “WP Performance Tester,” we have achieved an impressive increase of over 500 queries per second for our databases. This improvement translates to faster load times and a better experience for our websites.

• Software updates

In addition to these infrastructure changes, we have also updated our software to the latest versions. This ensures that we are utilizing the most current features and security enhancements available.
